• Leverage negotiations to your advantage and implement three key steps to optimize results.
As part of this program you will learn powerful communication strategies and how to incorporate The Menu™, The Journey™, and The RADAR™ techniques into your sales process.
- The Menu technique will empower you to create the Buyers Bond™ in the early stages of the decision-making process.
- The Journey technique takes the buyer beyond "the what" and effectively guides them into "the why" of the decision-making process. This creates a much deeper emotional connection and bond with the buyer early on. In this module of our program you will gain insights into the real reasons why people defer the buying decision. You may be surprised to learn that it is not time, money, or lack of need.
- The RADAR technique introduces a powerful module for managing conflict and overcoming objections. A challenge with most sellers is their inability to overcome resistance even when the decision is right for the buyer. Participants will leave this module with the utmost confidence and clarity in identifying the four primary objections, and knowing how to use effective techniques to resolve these objections.
